Byakko Dojo operates in the traditional Japanese way with an emphasis on correct attitude (Reigi tadashii).

The practice begins with breathing exercises followed by different exercises for the activation of Ki (vital energy). After doing a set of individual movements, techniques are practised in groups of two or three.

Many Aikido techniques are based on ken-jitsu (sword techniques). Besides unarmed techniques, the use of the Japanese sword and the jo (staff) is also taught.

Byakko Dojo belongs to Aikido Buekai in Osaka (Japan), in direct collaboration with Ikeda Sensei, 7th Dan. Aikido Buekai is registered at Tokyo Aikikai (Aikido World Headquarters).
